Jessica Horsfall is Head of Market Data and Access Services, Europe at Cboe Global Markets. Based in London, she provides strategic oversight of market data and connectivity solutions for Cboe’s European equities business, the region’s largest exchange operator by market share.

Horsfall has more than 15 years of experience in the market data industry, spanning commercial, technical and account management roles. She specialises in market data licensing, data governance, data distribution and global market data regulatory frameworks. Prior to joining Cboe, she worked at Bloomberg, most recently serving as Global Head of Exchange Relationship Management.
