Randall Hopkins, President & Chief Administrative Officer, DataCT LLC

Randall Hopkins is the President and Chief Administrator of DataCT, working with his teams to set and implement market data policies and governing regulated market data usage for U.S. equity markets.  Randall has over twenty-five years’ experience in the market data industry spanning producer, consumer, vendor, and service provider roles.  Previous appointments include the Head of Capital Markets Reform and Innovation, Global Head of Data Products and Head of Data Stewardship as well as acting as Nasdaq’s senior representative to the UTP and CTA Plans. 

In his career, Mr. Hopkins held senior level positions leading teams in Product Management, Operations, Customer Success, Business Development, Strategy, and Relationship Management. His further responsibilities for Nasdaq included heading the Sustainability Solutions business and the exchange listings business in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Randall holds Masters degrees in Business Administration, Information Science, and Philosophy, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
