Steve Roe, Vice President of Market Data Solutions, TNS Financial Markets

Steven Roe became TNS’ Vice President of Market Data Solutions for its Financial Markets business, following the acquisition of his company West Highland Support Services in 2023.

Experienced in cloud based managed services, Steven is responsible for the development of innovative solutions that have directly impacted firms bottom line in the financial services industry.

He founded and became CEO of West Highland in 1996, a company that for over 25 years has been the gold standard for the integration and management of market data distribution platforms in the US.

In his role as Vice President of Market Data Solutions, Steven remains responsible for leading the executive professional services team, which advises and executes on enterprise audit, transformation, optimization and development initiatives.

Prior to his role as CEO of West Highland, Steven was Director of Engineering for Reuters & Rich Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University, New York.

Steven is known for being an exercise enthusiast and when not at work can often be found playing soccer, braving an ice plunge or traveling.
