Michael Zaladonis, Global Head of Data Product Management and Operations, Tradeweb

Michael Zaladonis is Global Head of Data Product Management and Operations at Tradeweb, where he leads the strategy and development of the firm’s market data offerings.

Mr Zaladonis joined Tradeweb in 2025 after more than 16 years at Bloomberg, where he held senior roles across enterprise relationship management, data solutions and fixed income evaluations, most recently as a Global Enterprise Relationship Manager. Earlier in his career, he originated consumer ABS at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and UBS.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and degrees in Finance and Accounting and Economics from Lehigh University.
