WFIC 2022 Membership Loyalty Program

Dear Customer,

We hope you are planning to join FISD at the next World Financial Information Conference, currently slated for 2022 in Europe. While we expect to announce the exact date and location for WFIC in the near future, we wanted to introduce a loyalty program tailored to the new challenges that members are facing.

We recognize that uncertainties due to the pandemic may cause members to delay in registering for WFIC and making travel-related commitments, and thus the popular early-bird registration discount may be of limited value. Similarly, the traditional Consumer Travel Stipend Program has typically been limited to approximately the first 70 consumer delegates who registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we will be recognizing long-term members’ loyalty to FISD by offering them a discounted admission rate or, in the case of our consumer members, a travel stipend – right up until the start of WFIC. This discount replaces the Early Bird discount.

Important deadline: To be considered a long-term member – and receive the discounted admission rate (or travel stipend for consumer members) – a firm must be an FISD member continuously from April 1, 2021 through the date of WFIC. Those who drop and return as members, will be ineligible for these discounted rates. Based on expected capacity, we do not plan to offer non-members admission to WFIC.

Expected Commercials: While FISD cannot yet commit to the exact WFIC 2022 admission pricing or the particulars of the consumer travel stipend program, we expect that the amounts will be comparable to the 2019 event admission rates:

  • Member Early Bird (will be replaced by Loyalty rate): $1,200
  • Member regular: $1,900
  • Consumer Member: $ 600
  • Member Consumer Travel Stipend: $1,500

Please let us know if you have any questions. We’ll provide more updates about the date and location of WFIC and the commercials as soon as this information is available.

Best regards,

Tom Davin, FIA

Managing Director
