Debra is a veteran of the financial services industry. She has spent more than 30 years in leadership roles across the industry including the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) where she was the Chief Revenue Officer following the successful sale of Refinitiv to LSEG. For Debra this was the culmination of almost 20 years of Executive leadership at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters, and Thomson Financial where she held numerous roles across the C-suite including Global Head of Marketing, Chief Data Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to that Debra served as a Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald and President of Nucleus Financial.

Debra continues her contribution and involvement in the services industry as a Non-Executive Director of SS & C Technologies. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Chef’s Warehouse.

Debra is a trailblazer for women and has dedicated her career to the development and advancement of women, including serving on the boards of the YWCA of NYC, The Women’s Bond Club, The Women’s Refugee Commission, and Springboard. She continues this passion as a coach and advisor to female executives.
